Temporary Facility Shutdown (May 9 - May 13)

Dear Valued Partners & Customers,

Our headquarters in Danville will be undergoing some important infrastructure upgrades in May. This will involve a shutdown of most of our operations during this period. We will still be open, but communication and access to our databases will be limited.
Dates: Thursday, May 9 – Monday, May 13
Departments Impacted: Client Relations, Production, Shipping, Admin
During this time, we will not be able to:

  • Answer phones
  • Take new orders
  • Manufacture product
  • Ship any materials
  • Perform account-related tasks

Normal operations should resume Tuesday, May 14.
We’ll notify you if there are any complications.
