This year, as it has for many years now, one cubicle in the EnvirOx office has been overtaken with a lot of... stuff. Looking at it out of context, it may seem someone's hoarding tendencies have gotten out of control. But in each of these bags are carefully chosen and sorted gifts for families across Vermillion County.
It's all part of Project Success of Vermillion County's Christmas Wishlist project! In the past, employees would wrap the gifts, but these days, that's handled by Project Success so they can check to make sure nothing is missing on the wishlist before they're wrapped and sent off to the families they serve.
It's a labor of love that EnvirOx employees have enjoyed participating in for sixteen years. It's one way employees give back throughout the year through their Charitable Contributions Committee. We're so proud of everyone who donated their time, funds, and energy to make this happen again this year. An extra special shoutout to Kari Taylor, who has led the organization of these efforts for many years. After this year, she'll hand the baton to others to continue her excellent work.
